1 When Israel came out of Egypt, Jacob from a people of a foreign tongue,

2 Judah became God’s sanctuary, Israel his dominion.

3 The sea looked and fled, the Jordan turned back;

4 The mountains leaped like rams, the hills like lambs.

5 Why was it, sea, that you fled?
Why, Jordan, did you turn back?

6 Why, mountains, did you leap like rams,
you hills, like lambs?

7 Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,

8 who turned the rock into a pool,
the hard rock into springs of water. Psalm 114

The children of Israel went through a lot of afflictions and challenges but when God stretched out His hand of mercy and favor upon them, their situation changed. For the children of Israel, God really delivered them from all their enemies and came through for them. God silenced and uprooted all their tormentors. The power then is still very much available for you. You just have to press in; spend more time in prayer, be vigilant and be obedient to God’s direction. He will make the sea run away and the mountains will leap like rams. As river Jordan fled, the same way your problems will flee.Why did the mountains leap? The power and the glory of God was too much; it is a consuming fire; it is a yolk breaker; it is too hot; it is  too powerful and if they did not leap they were going to be melted away. As you go through the vicissitude of life God is with you. The Red Sea shall part in front of you. Miracles, deliverance, favor, goodness and supernatural breakthrough is yours in Jesus name if you will allow Him to get involved.
